The apartment is in the grounds of the owners' home, and is accessed up eight external steps. The studio room has twin beds which can be offered as a super king-size double if required, a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofabed. There is also a shower room. Outside is off road parking, cycle storage, a patio with furniture and shared use of the owners' garden. Oakeley Mynd Loft is in a wonderful setting, with glorious views over the countryside and the attractions of Shropshire, Herefordshire and Wales on the doorsteps, including market towns, walking and cycle routes, stately homes, museums and more.

Storage heaters with oil-filled electric radiator. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD. Use of owners' drying room for walking and cycling clothes. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Private patio with furniture. Shared use of owners' 2 acre garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pubs 2 miles. Note: Apartment is reached by 8 external steps. |
